About Richard Simon

Richard Simon is the Director of Operations at Executive Alliance. Rich joined the Executive Alliance team in July, 2008 as an Office Manager and served in that role from 2008 to 2014. 

In 2014, after moving into its larger office location in Commack, NY, Executive Alliance promoted Rich to Operations Manager, a role he held until 2019, when he was promoted to Director of Operations. 

Previously, he spent two years working for Dynamic Staffing Alliance, a full-service staffing firm, as the office manager and junior recruiter, which paved the way for his move to Executive Alliance. Rich takes great personal pride in making sure the company’s best interests are consistently observed. As a result of his tenure at Executive Alliance, his experience, organizational skills, multitasking abilities, a nd staffing knowledge have made him an invaluable asset and a beloved member of the team. Rich’s “can-do” personality is a big part of why working at Executive Alliance is such a pleasure for so many people. When Richie is not working, you can find him brewing his own tea or practicing Afro-Brazilian Martial Arts.

About Taylor Demonte

Taylor joined Executive Alliance in 2023 as a Social Media Coordinator and Graphic Designer. Taylor designs graphics, maintains the social media calendar, and upgrades the company’s website, working closely with the Content Manager. Taylor holds an Associate’s degree from Suffolk Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Southern New Hampshire University.

Her passion for social media began in 2018 when she started her first YouTube channel. Since then, Taylor has garnered an online presence of over 1k subscribers.

In her spare time, Taylor enjoys writing and has self-published her own content.

David Rivard joined Executive Alliance in 2025. David has 15 years of experience in the recruitment field and is a former 19-year CPA at EY and an accounting professional in private industry. David specializes in assisting clients with hiring needs on both a permanent-hire and consulting /interim/temporary basis in the functional areas aligned with his expertise: accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, technical GAAP/IFRS, tax, internal audit /SOX/ compliance, treasury, M&A, pre-IPO readiness, finance transformations, process improvements, and financial systems/ERP implementations.

David also possesses strong business development experience, developing and cultivating relationships with client hiring managers across numerous industries, including Software/Technology, Manufacturing, AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), CPG, B2C Services, Remediation & Environmental Cleanup Services, Professional Services, E-commerce/Retail, and Wholesale & Distribution.

About Jack Wall

Jack joined Executive Alliance in 2025 as a Senior Recruiter. His specialty areas include disaster restoration and construction. He brings with him 5 years of experience in the executive search field and is excited to be working with his new team. Jack has always pursued career paths that allow him to utilize his amazing people skills, and he fits the recruiting field like a glove.

Jack graduated from Concordia College in 2019 with a degree in Business Administration and has been recruiting ever since. Having grown up in Levittown, NY, he recently moved to Locust Valley, NY, with his fiancée. Jack is a huge sports fan, and you can easily get him talking about his favorite teams, the Yankees, Jets, and Knicks. About Ally Roberts

Ally joined Executive Alliance in 2024 as an executive recruiter. Her passion for meeting new people and building relationships, as well as her outstanding verbal and written communication skills and sales experience, led her to pursue the executive search field. 

Ally graduated from SUNY Cortland with a degree in Communications and has marketing, business development, entertainment journalism, and social media experience. 

Ally currently resides in West Islip, NY, where she was born and raised. During her time in college, she briefly lived in Florida, where she worked for Disney and obtained first-hand experience with guest services and brand awareness.

About Sean Ames

Sean Ames joined Executive Alliance in 2018 as a Sr. Recruiter in our IT division and was promoted to Recruitment Manager in 2020. Sean is a Siena College alumnus and has been involved in staffing since 2005. 

Early in Sean’s career, he focused solely on IT Healthcare Recruitment, but has since branched out into other industries, including manufacturing and engineering, and can place IT work in just about any industry. Most of his career has been on the recruitment agency side.  

Sean’s clients range from start-up organizations to large, nationally recognized industry giants such as Walmart Labs, DraftKings, and Estee Lauder. As a Recruiting Manager with 15 years of experience in IT, Sean has been highly successful in delivering top talent to his clients.

About Vince DeMonte

After a long career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition in the aerospace industry, Vincent DeMonte has joined Executive Alliance as a Senior Recruiter. Vince has worked extensively with the team at Executive Alliance for more than 20 years, but always from the customer side. In fact, for many years, Vince’s company was one of Executive Alliance’s best customers.  

Vince has served in various capacities in Human Resources over a 35-year career as Director of Human Resources at L3Harris, Exelis Inc, ITT Corporation, and EDO Corporation. Vince has led domestic and international Human Resources teams with a focus on engineering, program management, operations, and supply chain management. These areas are exactly where Vince’s focus as a recruiter is now.

In December of 2022, Vince was promoted to Director of Recruiting.  

In addition to Talent Acquisition, Vince has overseen human resource planning, ethics, compliance, affirmative action, employee relations, labor relations, staff development, employment law, performance management, training, compensation, and organizational development. 

Vince holds a BBA degree in Business from the Baruch College of the City of New York. Vincent is actively recruiting for complex manufacturing opportunities in the aerospace, engineering, and biotechnology sectors.

About Rob Chaimowitz

Robert Chaimowitz is a Director of Recruiting at Executive Alliance. With 28 years of recruiting experience, Rob joined Executive Alliance in 2014 and quickly rose to the top of his division.

Before Executive Alliance, Rob spent 10 years with a national recruiting firm, moving up the ladder to Division Director. Rob focuses on mid-career to executive-level Collections and FinTech professionals. He is active in many industry sectors, including first-party collections, third-party collections, BPO, call center, consumer collections, commercial collections, healthcare collections/revenue cycle management, BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later), consumer purchase financing, and more.

About Aaron Frenchman

Aaron is the Senior Vice President of Recruiting and Customer Experience, focusing on the Disaster Restoration, Facilities Management, and Property Services industries.

Before joining Executive Alliance, Aaron spent the last 20+ years successfully building and leading Sales and Marketing Departments for several organizations, including Maxons Restorations, Rollins Inc., and IKON Office Solutions.

Aaron is the Co-Host of The Hire Authority Podcast and creates content to market himself across multiple platforms.

An avid and passionate networker and playmaker, Aaron has spent many years involved with several organizations, including BOMA, IREM, and RIMS.

Aaron spent most of his childhood and early adult life in NYC before moving to Long Island in the early 2000’s.

He spends most of his free time with friends and family, especially his son and daughter. During the year, you can usually find him cheering on the Giants, Rangers, and Knicks in the winter and fall, and the Mets in the spring and summer, along with his adopted Big Ten college teams at the University of Wisconsin and The Ohio State University.

About Susan Burden

Susan Burden joined Executive Alliance in 2003 and leads the company in seniority and production. A perennial number one biller, Susan has recently been promoted to Executive Vice President. She takes it upon herself to help her colleagues be their personal best.  

Before joining Executive Alliance, Susan worked in Human Resources, managing multiple generalist functions, including recruiting & benefits administration. At Executive Alliance, Susan was given the tools and leadership needed to build her desk in the collections area. Thanks largely to her efforts, the collections industry is the firm’s number one division. Susan enjoys representing her candidates and clients who are immersed in the ARM industry and has a national reputation for excellence.  

Susan’s approach to staffing is to organically build her network and fearlessly take the initiative to grow. About Daria Teller

Daria Teller joined Executive Alliance as a Sr. Recruiter in 2019 and was promoted to Recruiting Manager one year later based on her outstanding performance. She is a recruiting specialist in the Construction and Engineering space. She is also a successful entrepreneur, founding a software company in 2006. In this role, she served international companies and built customized platforms to address all of her clients’ needs.

Daria’s career path helped her develop a true talent for recruiting and enabled her to provide training on hiring techniques and insights for her clients and employees. Daria has a deep understanding of strategy and recruitment and has successfully put all the pieces together to become one of Executive Alliance’s top performers.

In December of 2022, Daria was promoted to Vice President, Recruiting.

About Douglas Wald

Douglas Wald joined Executive Alliance in 2016 as a Director of Recruiting. Prior to joining Executive Alliance, Doug served as a Senior Director of Digital Marketing at CA Technologies, a global enterprise software company. He managed distributed teams in the United States, Europe, Asia-Pacific and India, helping guide the company’s digital marcom strategy, internal communications and branding functions across 100 departments and programs.

Based on his previous experience it should come as no surprise that his focus as a recruiter is in Marketing, Product and Project Management, IT, Customer Support and Operations.

In December of 2022, Doug was promoted to Vice President, Recruiting.

Doug is an active speaker in areas of career development, charitable causes and digital marketing, presenting to organizations and programs such as Radio Jobline, NPR, the International Association for Business Communicators, WPIX Channel 11 Morning News, Hofstra University and Learning for Life.
