Aaron Frenchman brings more than two decades of experience building and leading high-performing sales and marketing organizations. Prior to joining Executive Alliance, Aaron held key leadership roles at Maxons Restorations, Rollins Inc., and IKON Office Solutions, where Aaron developed a strong track record of driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and leading successful teams.
Since joining Executive Alliance, Aaron has focused on delivering strategic recruiting solutions across the Disaster Restoration, Facilities Management, and Property Services industries. His deep industry knowledge, combined with a relationship-driven approach, has made him a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. This promotion recognizes his consistent contributions to the firm’s success and his commitment to enhancing the overall client and candidate experience.
In addition to his client work, Aaron contributes to the broader recruiting and business community as Co-Host of The Hire Authority Podcast, where he shares insights on hiring trends, talent strategy, and workforce development.
